This picture was taken from an airplane high above the Southern coast of Greenland. The airplane was at 40,000 ft flying over from LHR airport, London to TPI airport, Toronto. Normally this plane route flies over the North Atlantic, but sometimes diverts further North to avoid storms or strong currents in the planned route.
